Prateik Babbar

People vouched for his talent even before he entered the industry. Son of late actress Smita Patil and Raj Babbar, Prateik had all eyes glued to him much before he made his debut. While critics proclaimed the birth of a new star, directors were seen boasting of the actor's talent and bombarding him with offers. His short stint in Genelia and Imran Khan starrer, 'Jaane tu Ya Jaane Na', did bag him a couple of awards but the charm faded soon after that. His much anticipated 'Dhobi Ghaat', failed to make people take notice of him. Overshadowed by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao's presence, Prateik never had it easy after that. After a couple of continuous failed breaks in 'Dum Maaro Dum' 'Aarakshan' 'Ek Haseena Thi' and 'Issaq', Prateik is currently focusing more on endorsements and ad deals.

 

Tusshar Kapoor

 

For the son of a legend, Tusshar Kapoor really had it tough right from the beginning. Though trade pundits estimated a huge profit for his debut 'Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai', Tusshar could not withstand the soaring expectations and constant comparisons. The film failed miserably at the box office and so did he. With the Kapoor gene running in his body, audiences refused to sympathise with the actor who gave a series of flop films after his debut. Though he later acted in films which joined the 100 crore club - (Golmaal series), Tusshar still has not been able to make it big on his own terms.

 

Vivek Oberoi

 

For the son of ace actor Suresh Oberoi, Bollywood was never a cakewalk. Though he made a smashing debut with his hard hitting role in RGV's 'Company', his career graph went downhill after 'Masti', 'Kisna', 'Mission Istanbul' and 'Prince', forced him join the league of flop Bollywood actors. His open fall out with Salman Khan and link up rumours with Aishwarya forced directors to give him a cold shoulder. With the outstanding response to the recently released trailer of 'Krrish 3', we hope Vivek manages to make a position for himself in the industry.

 

 

Jackky Bhagnani

 

We agree he has got a body, girls are crazy about and dancing skills which can give complex to the top choreographers of the country but when it comes to act and acting, Jackky Bhagnani has disappointed us completely. Another name that can conveniently be added to the list of flop star kids is none other than Uday Chopra. With a family lineage that screams of talent and chiseled look that boasts of the long sessions spent in the gym, Uday has failed to make a milestone when it comes to his films. With a series of flops and very few hits to his credit, Bobby Deol too has managed to bag a position in our flop star kids list. Though he is very much a part of the 'Yamla Pagla' franchise, his popularity as compared to his dad Dharmendra and brother Sunny Deol is negligible..
