Smoothies are a great snack to tide you over a lag time between meals. Fresh smoothies made with skimmed milk and/or low fat yogurt, natural fruits and sweeteners are immensely healthy as well.

¼ cup low fat milk
½ a banana
½ an apple
1 tsp honey
3-4 soaked almonds
1 chopped walnut
1 tbsp sugar free muesli or wheatflakes
Blend all the ingredients except raisins and walnuts
Pour into a glass, garnish with walnut and raisins. Enjoy!
Tip: Fruits can be chosen based on season; amount of milk can be varied based on the consistency required.
