Qidwai Educational & Cultural Society is a registered society established in year 1962 bearing registration No. MAH-96/82 under societies registration act 1860 and No-F-272(N) under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950. The Society is having status from National Commission of Minority Educational Institutions, Govt of INIDIA, New Delhi. The Society was Founded by Dedicated Members of Minority Community which was headed by Mr. M.A.LATEEF as a Founder President and ALHAJ Mr.Yunus Anees Ansari as a Founder Secretary. The Society is running Following Recognized and aided Scholl in Nagpur. The society is running 1.Primaty school at Asi Nagar name Qidwai Urdu Primary School 2.High Schools at Asi Nagar and Jafar Nagar and One Junior College of Arts, Commerce and Science at Asi Nagar Nagpur-17. Qidwai Junior College of Arts Commerce & Science was established in the year 1984. It is the only Junior College in Urdu Medium in Vidarbha which impart education in Arts, Commerce & Science faculties under one roof. The college as produced hundreds of Doctors, Engineers, Teachers, Professors. Chartered Accountants and Businessmen. The college has a band of well qualified and experienced teaching and non teaching staff. The college conducts seminars, symposiums, debate and sorts activities. The society started English medium sections of science faculty in the year 2008. It is the only Junior College in Nagpur running English medium sections of science run by any Muslims Minority Society. Qidwai Junior College help the students in getting scholarships from State and Central Government. In the year 2011 eighty(80) girls students of XIth class got scholarship of Rs. 12000/- each from Maulana Azad Education Foundation, New Delhi and 170 students got scholarship of Post Metric.
