Welcome! The Permanent Makeup International was founded in March 2005 by two medical professionals, Drs. Yolanda Pena, CPCP and A. Bustillo, MD, Ophthalmologist and the Clinical Director.
Yolanda Pena, is a physician specialized in Ocular Surgeries and Diseases of the Eye (Opthalmology) in Cuba in 1988 and licensed to practice medicine and Opthalmology in Spain since 1995.
She is also a National Certified Permanent Makeup Professional, certified by the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP).
