Cleansing for Life offers residential naturopathic detox retreats in the south of France with easy access to UK and Ireland. Each detox retreat is based on juice fasting and combines individual treatments (colonic irrigation, deep tissue massage, nutritional counselling) and natural methods (castor oil packs and liver/gall bladder flushing, yoga based movement awareness classes) to support health and healing. The Cleansing for Life method for repair and regeneration focuses on colon cleansing and liver detoxification. It supports the efficient elimination of the chemicals and toxins that can lead to feelings of mental and physical sluggishness. Cleansing for Life detox retreats are designed for pleasure and enjoyment with on going support and personal attention throughout the guest's stay.The Cleansing for Life detox retreats began in 1998 when Brian and Anne-Lise Miller identified the need to provide a healing and enjoyable space that would make it possible for someone to juice fast, receive colonic irrigation and deep body work treatments without interruptions or distractions. The retreats are led by Anne-Lise who has over 20 years experience in colonic irrigation, body work and nutritional counselling.The detox retreats run from Saturday to Saturday on set weeks. There are a number of treatments included in each Cleansing for Life detox retreat (colonic hydrotherapy/irrigation, deep tissue massage, nutritional counselling, yoga based movement awareness classes); it is also possible to additionally include dead sea mud body wraps and kinesiology/EFT/goal balancing. All of the Cleansing for Life detox retreats are set in beautiful surroundings in the French Pyrenees with easy access to nature trails. The venue boasts comfortable individual accommodation and a thermal pool. The retreats include group transfer from Carcassonne (the airport is served by daily flights from London, Liverpool and Ireland and the station by connections to Toulouse and Paris).
