Since 1982, she has held a California state Cosmetology and Esthetician license.
Then, you wanted more and of course, Paula honored your request and became licensed in permanent make-up.
Wake-up with make-up is a great way to start the day – you look great, save time and effort. Permanent make-up is great for people with skin allergies and for the ‘less than 20/20 eyesight, trying to apply make-up is a real frustration. Eyebrows, eye liner, lip liner – you are ready to rock.
