Sea Coast Exclusive Properties had its start in 1985 in San Diego, California. Two local real estate agents and their receptionist left a large independent real estate company and went off to seek their success by opening a tiny real estate office in Encinitas, California. By 1987 the little company had begun to grow. Sea Coast Exclusive Properties had been founded on great customer service and repeat business, and these ideas were paying dividends. The founders could barely keep abreast of business growth. They needed help - a marketing plan for the homeowner and a name that was truly universal to attract buyers.
