BANGALORE: In his customary email to 1.5 lakh employees of Infosys CEO and managing director SD Shibulal, reiterated that the company is on the right track and making all efforts to be a "game changer".

"We are making all the investments necessary to differentiate ourselves in the market place while positioning ourselves as a partner of choice for our clients. I am positive that we are on the right path and that your hard work and commitment will reap rich dividends in the coming year. Some of it has already borne fruit which has reaffirmed our belief in the new direction that we have set out on," he wrote in his email on Wednesday.

Although there was no mention of increments or salary restructuring, the CEO did say that markets remained unsure.

"We operate in a world of change and uncertainty. In the last year, new technologies replaced the old, market dynamics changed and so did our business strategy. Yet, one thing remains constant-our passion to stay relevant to our clients and their business. We have endured by continuously reinventing ourselves to deliver on our promise to build tomorrow's enterprise."
