Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PH / EX-SM will be exempted from payment of examination fees, but they will have to pay Rs.10 as cost of OMR application form.

 

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in One Tier (objective type / MCQ) examination.

 

The One Tier Examination (Objective Type/MCQ) will be of 2 hours duration. The question paper will be divided into two sections: Section A and Section B.

Negative marking of 0.25 marks will be made for each MCQ wrong answer.  
Examination paper will be bilingual -- in Hindi & English except for the Languages paper which would be in the concerned language only.

 

The dates of examination will be notified subsequently. The examinations will be held at various centers in Delhi only.

 

In case of large number of applications, the Board may shortlist candidates for written examination on the basis of marks in qualifying exam.

 

How to Apply: Interested candidate can apply in the prescribed OMR application form, available at DSSSB and DC (Revenue) offices at North-East, North, North West, West, South & South West, and be send it to ‘Secretary, Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board, FC-18, Institutional Area, Karkardooma, Delhi- 110 092’  only by ordinary / registered / speed post or dropped in the drop box kept in the office premises for the purpose on or before the prescribed last date. Applications will not be accepted by hand.

 

No document should be attached with the OMR application. Original documents/ certificates are to be produced along with self attested copies at the time of verification of documents only.


Note: General category candidates should not apply in application forms prescribed for reserved categories else their forms shall be summarily rejected.
