Here’s how it all started…Several years ago I was having dinner with another Realtor who was telling me how a potential client of hers didn’t want to pay the typical 6% commission. All the client wanted was the Realtor to list her home in MLS and she would do the rest. Well, my Realtor friend was appalled. She couldn’t believe this potential client was trying to “weasel her way out” of thousands of dollars in commission fees.
