About Navyug English Medium School

Navyug English Medium School is an English Medium School redognized by the Government of Gujarat and Manged by Navgujarat Education Trust,Vadodara. The school is a Co-educational School and welcomes pupils of all castes and creeds, preapares them well for the Secondary,Higher Secondery School certificate examination. It comprises of Pre-Primary, Primary Section, Secondary and Higher Secondary Sections(General Stream) which has English as the medium of instruction. The School aims not merely to qualify for the Board Examination, but to develop their character and personality through graded responsibility, personal guidance and social awareness. We try to help a child to know the basic human values and to show this in behaviour. We try to prepare a child to live confidently in a rapidly changing world. We try to make him unique and well equipped with his skills to earn his own livelihood using his creative ability for future. We try to awaken a social consciousness and a spirit of availability and ready service in every part of life. In short we help our children with basic principles and ideals which will motivate them throughout their lives. The course of studies is arranged according to the syllabus laid down by the Department of Education, and Sec/H.Sec. Edu. Board. It prepares the students for the Secondary X(S.S.C.) And Higher Secondary XII(H.S.C.) Examination at the 10+2 level. The school offers general stream. The school has arrangements to prepare the students for Government Drrawing Examination, Scholarship, Talent Search Contest, Hindi, Sanskrit Exam. etc. In order to develop the inherent talents the school organise regularly co-curricular activities and competitions like Debates, Elocution, Dramatics, Singing, Music, Dance, Art, Craft ana making science models for Science Fair. To instill in the children social sensitivity and compassion and to understand the dignity of labour the School has a social service club. Besides this the School also has Scouts/Guides in primary section also. Our students from std I to XII are divided into four houses. The School activitied and competitions are held inter house wise, which help in maintaining discipline in the school. The house system encourages an enviroment of healthy competitions and creates an atmosphere of togetherness having values of discipline and order.
