You can say, I was born, bred and weaned in the film business. Born in New Orleans, LA — my father, Larry Woolner, owned and operated Drive-In theatres. In the early 1970’s we moved to Los Angeles and started New World Pictures, an independent film production/distribution company. Years later Larry left New World and started Dimension Pictures. Since I had been raised around film people and movie sets, it was natural for me to follow in my Dad’s footsteps and pursue a film career. I started working at Dimension Pictures and was able to quickly learn first hand the importance of working both smart and hard. Dimension Pictures became the industry leader specializing in independent film production and was recognized as one of the more honorable companies of its kind, which laid the foundation for my work ethics.
